Tameka uses many different talents at The Arc. She writes the monthly newsletter for the Young Adult Life Enrichment Program. She also designs all the flyers for the Recreation Program. Tameka has great computer skills and is writing a children's book!

Macey’s communication and social skills have improved. She uses sign language more, participates in group activities, and helps during clean up time.  She has also come a long way from using a G-tube to eating independently and maintaining a healthy weight. Macey loves playing with water, drawing and coloring. She also loves cows and has a collection of them at home.

Kelly is ambitious and excited about her future. Her kind smile and gentle ways is like a shining star on a dark evening, she always lights up a room. Kelly is selfless in helping others in her group home. She often volunteers to assist her housemates who could not otherwise help themselves. Kelly enjoys reading and writing short stories. She is a talented artist and often draws pictures for her home and staff. Kelly also enjoys collecting ceramic horses.
